Please note, we are a small business and during the schools Easter holiday period we will be short staffed. To ensure that customers have a realistic expectation about delivery times we have extended our handling and delivery estimate to reflect this. Free standard delivery:

Royal Mail 2nd class parcel, 3-5 day service. (Slightly extended during the school Easter break period)

Orders paid before 4pm will be sent the same working day (Mon-Fri) (During the School Easter holiday period most orders are likely to be sent the next working day)

This is not end to end tracked but we do provide a delivery confirmation code which will only update as successful once the order has been delivered. This can be checked via the RM website.

Faster delivery – £2.35

As with the free delivery option this is not end to end tracked but we do provide a delivery confirmation code which will only update as successful once the order has been delivered. This can be checked via the RM website.

Bulk/Trade delivery – £10

Courier 48hr service

This option is for customers who use the trade discount code and order a minimum of £250 rrp. Because these orders will be heavier and likely multiple boxes we use a courier service. This will be fully tracked and the tracking ref provided at the time of dispatch.

This option must be used with trade discount code.

Trade/Bulk orders can sometimes take 48hr to process, we will always endeavour to dispatch within 24hrs of order.

International shipping

Republic of Ireland – Please note that this option will not be available between the 3rd and 22nd of April

We are pleased to announce that we can now accept orders from the Republic of Ireland (ROI). If ordering from the ROI you must choose Ireland from the country drop down menu in the address section of the checkout. This will then present the shipping options and appicable VAT. You can also change the currency from £ GBP to EURO using the toggle button at the top of the page.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to send outside of the UK and ROI via the website. But for people who want to order from us we encourage you to checkout our eBay store. Via eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) we are able to send anywhere in the world.
